Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quotramax lead conversion software and custom landing funnels. By executing an onboarding agreement or subscribing to Quotramax, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Quotramax provides roofing contractors with done-for-you lead conversion funnels hosted on a dedicated Quotramax subdomain (e.g. smithsroofing.quotramax.com) and calendar scheduling integration. The funnel collects job details from homeowners and books inspections. It does not generate quotes, bids, or contract prices.

2. No Estimate or Quote

Quotramax does not calculate material rates, labor rates, or project prices. Any job details collected in the funnel (roof size, pitch, material, timeline, funding) are intake answers for your inspection, not a quote. Final pricing is determined solely by your company after an on-site inspection.

3. Contractor Responsibilities

Contractors are responsible for providing accurate branding assets, keeping their inspection calendar current, and following up on bookings generated by the funnel.

4. Pricing & Subscription Terms

Standard service includes a one-time setup fee of US$1,497 USD and a monthly recurring subscription of US$197 USD. Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time with 30 days written notice.
